ORDINANCE NO. 164, M-C SERIES
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY
OF SULPHUR, LOUISIANA, AND AD VANTAGE OUTDOOR, A LOUISIANA CORPORATION, FOR THE INSTALLATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF BENCHES WITH COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING IN THE CITY OF SULPHUR, LOUISIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Sulphur, Louisiana, the governing
authority thereof, that an exclusive franchise be and it is hereby granted to AD VANTAGE
OUTDOOR, for the installation and maintenance of benches with commercial advertising,
which said franchise shall be on the following terms and conditions and for the following
considerations, to-wit:
