§ 2. Licensee's duties.

Licensee shall supply, deliver, place and maintain a minimum of twenty (20) new benches along public streets and/or other public places in the City of Sulphur. The City Council of the City of Sulphur, through its City Council or through its designated official, hereby reserves the right to designate the locations of said benches and to cause to be removed from any given location any benches which it may deem desirable. If after receiving written notice from the City, the licensee has not removed a bench location as requested, the City hereby reserves the right to remove said bench location itself and to charge to licensee its cost for removal of said bench location.

Licensee further agrees and covenants to supply, deliver, locate and maintain any additional needed benches requested by the City, such need to be determined by the City Council of the City of Sulphur. Should licensee be unable to supply such additional needed benches, City shall have the right to acquire such benches from another company of City's choice.
