§ 17. Renewal.

Latest version.

This franchise shall be automatically renewed and extended for an additional period of five (5) years, commencing on the 1st day of January, 1998, and terminating on the 31st day of December, 2002, which said renewal shall be upon the same terms and conditions and for the same considerations, unless licensee or City gives sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of this franchise that either does not desire to extend said franchise.
