§ 13. Proof of insurance.

Latest version.

Licensee shall furnish a certificate of insurance as proof that it has secured and paid for a policy of public and product liability insurance covering all risks incident to or in connection with the exercise of the privileges granted herein. The amounts of such insurance shall be as follows:

Property damage, per accident ..... $ 50,000.00

Personal injury or death per person ..... 100,000.00

Personal injury or death, per accident ..... 300,000.00

with the understanding and agreement by licensee that such insurance amounts shall be revised upward at city's option and that licensee shall so revise such amounts within thirty (30) days following notice to licensee of such requirements. Further, said certificate shall provide that the City of Sulphur will give thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation or modification of said policy.
