§ 11. Licensee to hold city harmless.

City shall in no way nor under any circumstances be responsible for any property belonging to licensee, its officers, agents, employees, contractors or sub-contractors which may be lost, stolen, destroyed or in any way damaged; and licensee hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the City, its officers, agents and employees, free and against any and all such claims.
