§ 1. Grant of franchise.

The franchise herein granted for the purpose of authorizing, empowering and permitting the licensee to install and maintain benches with commercial advertising in the City of Sulphur, shall be for a period of five (5) years, commencing on the 1st day of January, 1993, and this franchise is granted on the following terms and conditions and for the considerations hereinafter recited.
