§ 22-42. Fees.

The following fees shall be payable by the person who is responsible for correction defects in any plumbing or sewerage facilities inspected pursuant to this article:

(1)

For the second and each subsequent inspection necessitated by defects in facilities for which a permit is sought under sections 22-57 and 22-76, a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00);

(2)

For the second and each subsequent inspection in which defects are found on premises within a year of the issuance of a notice pursuant to section 22-40 (whether or not the notice has been temporarily compiled with) a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00);

(3)

For the disconnection of the water or the sewerage service to a premises under section 22-34, a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), which shall be in addition to any costs incurred by the city in effecting the disconnection.
