§ 22-35. Damage to sewerage works.

Any unauthorized person who shall maliciously or willfully break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the city sewerage works, or who shall unlawfully remove a notice posted under section 22-41 shall be deemed to have committed a breach of the peace and shall be subject to immediate arrest.
