§ 21-63. Grounds for suspension of tow truck permit.

A tow truck permit holder may have any or all of his permits suspended under the following conditions:
(1)

If the owner or operator violates any section herein which does not warrant revocation. The period of suspension shall be determined according to the extent of severity and frequency of the violation.

(2)

If a towing service knowingly continues to employ an operator who has been convicted of a felony related to vehicle theft, vehicular insurance fraud, burglary of a vehicle, and/or possession of stolen vehicles or vehicle parts.
