§ V. Grantee holds city harmless.

The grantee shall hold the City Council of the City of Sulphur, Louisiana, harmless from all liabilities for damage resulting from the negligence of the grantee or any of its agents or employees in the construction, maintenance and operation of said poles, conduits, wires and cables and other fixtures in conducting its business, and from all liability or damages whatsoever resulting from the exercise of the rights of control herein.
