§ 9-27. Storage of flammable and combustible liquids aboveground prohibited.

The storage of flammable and combustible liquids in aboveground tanks outside of buildings is prohibited within the city, unless expressly authorized by the fire chief, the building inspector, the chief of police and the mayor.
