§ 8-26. Louisiana Revised Statutes Title 14—Adopted.

Printed herein is the City of Sulphur, Ordinance No. 627, as adopted by the City Council on Oct. 10, 2004. Amendments to the ordinance are indicated by parenthetical history notes following amended provisions. The absence of a history note indicates that the provision remains unchanged from the original ordinance. Obvious misspellings and punctuation errors have been corrected without notation. For stylistic purposes, headings and catchlines have been made uniform and the same system of capitalization and citation to state statutes as appears in the Code of Ordinances has been used. Additions made for clarity are indicated by brackets.

ORDINANCE NO. 627, M-C SERIES

ORDINANCE REPLACING ARTICLES I—IX OF CHAPTER 8 WITH THE LOUISIANA REVISED STATUTES TITLE 14, ANY AND ALL REVISIONS, SUPPLEMENTS, AMENDMENTS, ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS THERETO, SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS OF THE JURISDICTION REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY COURT OF THE CITY OF SULPHUR IN AND FOR WARD 4.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Sulphur, Louisiana, the governing authority thereof, that they do hereby replace Article I—IX of Chapter 8 with the Louisiana Revised Statutes Title 14, any and all revisions, supplements, amendments, additions or deletions thereof, subject to the limitations of the jurisdiction requirements of the City Court of the City of Sulphur in and for Ward 4.
