§ 5-116. Adoption of Standard Plumbing Code.

For the purpose of prescribing regulations governing plumbing in the city that certain code, known as the Standard Plumbing Code, 1985 edition, as promulgated by Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., and any future revisions thereof, is hereby adopted by reference as the plumbing code for the city, all in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 33:1368, et seq., such code being adopted and incorporated as fully as it set out at length herein, the provisions thereof to be controlling within the city of which code not less than three (3) copies have been and now are filed in the office of the city Secretary, provided, however, that appendix H of the plumbing code is deleted.
