§ 5-1. Construction—Prohibited in certain areas.

The construction of any building and/or sign be and is hereby prohibited within the following areas, to wit:
(1)

Within seventy-five (75) feet of the centerline of Arizona Street, from Old Spanish Trail (Louisiana Highway No. 379) south to its intersection with Interstate Highway No. 10;

(2)

Within thirty (30) feet of the centerline of Maplewood Drive, from Maplewood School west to its intersection with Beglis Parkway.

(3)

Within thirty (30) feet of the centerline of Cypress Street, from Beglis Parkway west to its intersection with Ruth Street.
