§ 3-25. Same—Action thereon; probationary period.

Upon receipt of an application for a permit required under this division, the collector shall stamp the day, month and year received thereon. The collector may issue the permit immediately after proper investigation but for a period of thirty-five (35) days after receipt of the application, the permittee shall operate on a probationary basis subject to final action on opposition to, or withholding of, the permit as hereinafter provided.
