§ 3-21. State and city permit required.

No person shall do any act for which a permit is required by this article unless he holds the proper state permit, as well as permit issued by the city. Each day's conduct of business by a wholesaler or retailer without a valid, unsuspended permit constitutes a separate violation of this Code.
