§ 21-34. Sales and solicitation of employment, business, or contributions from those persons in motor vehicles.

No person shall solicit employment, business, charitable contributions, donations, or orders for goods, wares, newspapers, merchandise, or products, or sell the same, to or from an operator and/or occupant of a motor vehicle on a public roadway open to motor vehicle traffic, while standing in, upon, or occupying any public highway, street, roadway, or thoroughfare or sidewalk, shoulder, or neutral ground thereof with exception of Sulphur Fire Department collecting for MDA.
