§ 21-30. U-turns prohibited on certain streets.

"U" turns, which are hereby defined as being turns on a street which are made by a moving vehicle when it turns so that it reverses its direction so as to return in the direction from which it came, are prohibited on the following streets within the city:

Maplewood Drive	Doiron Street
Highway 90	Lewis Street/Maple Street
Cypress Street	Kent Drive
Burton Street	Arizona Street
Henning Drive	Post Oak Road
Parish Road	Hazel Street
Logan Street	Starlin Street
Claiborne Street	Fairview Street
Crocker Street	Carlton Street
Picard Road	La. Hwy. 108 (Cities Service
Ruth Street/Huntington	Highway)
Street and Highway 27	Prater Road
