§ 13-2. Nuisances generally.

  • In accordance with the authority and power granted by the Charter to make all police regulations necessary to prevent injury to, destruction of, or interference with public or private property, to secure the general health of the municipality; and to prevent, remove and abate nuisances, the use by any person of property within the city so as to create injury to, destruction of, or interference with public or private property; or to endanger the lives, safety or health of the public, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
