§ 12-18. Same—Charge of city for bookkeeping and handling expense.

The city shall levy an annual charge, to cover bookkeeping and other handling expenses, not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00), for each parcel of property on which the city is required to employ the necessary labor and perform the necessary work for cutting of grass and weeds.
