Chapter 11. GARBAGE

§ 11-14. Hauling swill through streets regulated.

All persons hauling or conveying swill, slop and the like refuse through the streets of the city shall carry the same in closed containers of metal or other suitable material, securely covered, so that the contents thereof may not be spilled or odors emitted therefrom.
