BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SULPHUR, LOUISIANA, that upon the effective date of this Ordinance that there is hereby repealed Ordinance No. 108, enacted on August 26, 1969.
