§ 11. Acceptance.

Latest version.

Written acceptance of this ordinance shall be filed by the Grantee with the Clerk of the City of Sulphur within fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of its passage and shall run and extend for a period of sixty (60) years from September 1, 1972.
