§ 2. [Grantee rules and regulations.]

Grantee shall have the right to adopt and make effective from time to time reasonable rules and regulations providing for terms and conditions of service in Grantor, including the right to demand meter deposits, to make charges for reconnections, and to prevent the resale of gas by Grantee's customers.
