§ VII. Grantee's right to make charges by services.

The grantee will have the right to make charges for its services that are customary and effective as of the date of this ordinance. Furthermore, the grantee will have the right to increase such charges up to fifteen (15%) per cent every year. In the event the grantee wishes to increase its rates in excess of fifteen (15%) per cent per year, it must provide the City ninety (90) days' notice thereof. The City has the right to disapprove any amount in excess of fifteen (15%) per cent if it feels such an increase is not properly justified. Such disapproval shall be given within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice by the City.
