Appendix C. APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL

All application for development approval shall contain the following information:

(a)

The applicant's name, address, and telephone number and his interest in the subject property;

(b)

The owner's name, address, and telephone number, if different from the applicant's, and the owner's signed consent to the filing of the application;

(c)

The legal description and street address, if any, of the subject property

(d)

The present use and zoning classification of the subject property;

(e)

A brief written statement generally describing the proposed development;

(f)

The name, address, and telephone number of any attorney, engineer, surveyor or other representatives for the applicant;

(g)

A plant or plan at a scale of 1″ = 50′ showing the location of all boundaries of the subject property, the location, nature and extent of all proposed development, including utilities and other improvements, buffering, and parking;

(h)

A location map, at a scale of 1″ = 200′ including the area extending at least five hundred (500) feet beyond each boundary of the subject property, showing the nature of adjacent development and zoning classifications, if any;

(i)

In the case of an application for a variance, a statement of the provision which the applicant seeks to be varied, accompanied by a demonstration that the applicant complies with the standards set forth in Article III, Part 2, Section 4(2);

(j)

In the case of an application for a variance, a statement of the provision which the applicant seeks to be varied, accompanied by a demonstration that the applicant complies with the standards set forth in Article III, Part 2, Section 4(3);
